HL1 alternative Mods group

Heya! I'm Jesika and I'm looking for some people to play some "different" mods with me and my friends. you know... things OTHER than CS, TFC, and sven. I just downloaded "The Ship" mod from (I think) modbb or something like that. I played with one of my friends and it seems awesome but seriously need some more people to play with. I also have Zombie Panic, brainbread, bumper cars, etc and am always willing to download new ones if you have any suggestions!

How is it an uphill battle? I'm not looking to revive global interest in these games.... I'm just talking about finding one or 2 people to add to my skype who would be willing to download these games and play them with me and one of my friends on a semi regular basis. I doesn't sound so difficult to me.

And to the moderator who removed my email, thank you but I did take spammers into consideration before posting that. I usually don't have a big problem with it but maybe this website is more prone to attack?
Is it against the rules to post email addresses or can I post one I don't care if it gets spammed when someone does say they want to play with me?

well crap, im new to this whole thing, just started downloading the necessary files to be able to play online and ill be interested in doing something fun. if i wanna get my feet wet, do it on a modded map i guess! lol

I got an idea for an obscure server to make: They Hunger Deathmatch. The game actually has a multiplayer component, it's just that most people didn't play it that much.
